Explore the tree-lined streets of Glover Park
We love our Glover Park home, located about a mile north of Georgetown and just west of the United States Naval Observatory. The neighborhood exudes a quiet confidence and tree-lined streets that provide a tranquil escape not far from downtown DC. Guests love wandering alongside embassies, charming row houses, and welcoming businesses that we count among our neighbors; nature enthusiasts unwind in Guy Mason Park and nearby Rock Creek Park. Families explore the (free!) National Zoo and beautiful grounds of the National Cathedral together, while others test their puzzle-solving skills at the latest craze — Escape the Room.
Mealtime brings an array of options from Surfside (a buzzing spot with beach-inspired fare like fish tacos) and Sweetgreen (a hip, farm-to-table salad chain), to buzzing destinations like Mad Fox Brewing Company and Town Hall, where loyal patrons flock for the tasty food and drink. In the mood to dine in your own private space? No worries; our location two blocks from Whole Foods means that stocking the fridge in your hotel kitchenette has never been easier.
