In our Glover Park oasis, James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Schlow prepares coastal Italian cuisine from Amalfi, Sardinia, Puglia, Cinque Terre, and Livorno. This delicious fare can be enjoyed in our vibrant on-site restaurant Casolare or through alluring and customizable catering menus. Many dishes showcase adaptations of what Schlow learned throughout his Italian travels, featuring seasonal preparations and modern twists on classic staples. Among our fresh and flavorful offerings, you’ll find:
- Enticing passed hors d'oeuvres such as Italian Deviled Eggs with Artichoke & Caper Filling, Seasonal Fried Ravioli with Pesto, Mini Pizettes, Cauliflower Arancini in Roasted Tomato Sauce, and Octopus Skewers with Fingerling Potatoes.
